Bad Sonnenland Ferienpark & Campingplatz

Horrible experience! The campsite on it\'s own is in a good location and spacious, but the service and hygiene facilities leave a lot of room for improvement. There is only one toiletthouse which is, due to the sheer amount of people that stay here, very dirty after the first half of the day . The toilets and showers are in the same facility, which is not ideal as it is makes the space more noisy and cold and people always leave the doors open. Another thing that made our stay horrible was the wedding that took place on the campsite, the camp rules for everyone on site are to be quiet starting from 23:00. The loud music comming from the venue in the camping grounds was on until 3-4 in the morning. We had a horrible nights sleep and when complaining the next morning the receptionist said that they rented out the space and have no business with the renters. As there is no one at the service desk after 17:00 there was no way to contact them and after inquiring if there were any more such events for the following days of our stay the lady said that as they only rent out the space they have no information about the events going on ON THEIR OWN CAMPING GROUNDS! Hundreds of campers, a lot of them with children, were not able to get a proper nights sleep and the people in charge of the camp site did not care about this in the slightest. As this is one of the more expensive campsites near Dresden we expected more, hygiene wise and respect wise, to other people paying for a relaxing holiday. We left early.

War mit meinen Freund für ein paar Tage dort zelten, sehr schöne Umgebung zum Radfahren und wandern. Auf dem Campingplatz konnte man sich auch Boote ausleihen und damit auf dem Teich paddeln.

Die Anlage ist völlig verdreckt, der Zustand der Sanitäranlagen gibt Anlass zur Sorge, Für normal entwickelte Menschen eine Zumutung! Abends durch Jugendgruppen laute Musik. Personal ist bemüht , aber mit wenig Wirkungsgrad. Keine Gastro, Betreiber ist Pleite. Alles in ALLEM: Man sieht die Auswirkungen von Corona deutlich!
